So, after reading the article I'm not quite sure if the advantages of oatmeal outweigh the disadvantages.
Perhaps if you are trying to burn fat they're to be avoided as they spike insulin?
Perhaps if you are insulin insensitive they're a good idea as they lessen reabsorption of bile salts?
